What's the problem?
When I tried to set up my desk phone it kept prompting me to enter my username and password. It won't accept the username and password I've entered.
Why does this happen?
You haven't logged in to your phone successfully. This might be because you've entered your username or password incorrectly.
What to do
First try this
Check that you entered your username and password correctly.
Passwords are case sensitive. To change the case of a letter, press the star button.
Your desk phone login details are not the same as the login details you use for One Net Business applications. Ask your administrator if you don't know what your desk phone login details are.
If that doesn't work
Contact the One Net Business team.
