What's the problem?
When I tried to set up my snom® desk phone it showed the error message No NTP server and could not complete setup.
Why does this happen?
Your desk phone cannot connect to the network.
What to do
First try this
Check that you have access to the internet.
To check, you could try plugging the Ethernet cable from your desk phone into another device, for example, a laptop.
Then try this
If that doesn't work, check the firewall settings. Make sure that bntp.one.vodafone-ip.de with UDP port 123 isn't blocked
If that doesn't work
Contact the One Net Business team.
