What's the problem?
When I tried to install and set up my desk phone it didn't power on.
What to do
First try this

Check your power supply.
Some phones are compatible with PoE (Power over Ethernet). If your organisation's network supports PoE then you don't need a separate power supply.

Check your connections.
Make sure all plugs are firmly connected to the correct ports and that everything is switched on.

Try alternatives.
Try another plug socket. If you have access to alternative power or Ethernet cables, try plugging your desk phone in using them.
If that doesn't work
