When I tried to set up my desk phone it showed me a blank screen and could not complete setup.
If you haven't been asked to enter your desk phone username or password, you might have a problem with connectivity.
If you have entered your desk phone username and password, your desk phone might be having trouble talking to One Net Business.
In both cases, try the steps below.
Your desk phone might still connect, wait 15 minutes and then try again.
If your desk phone resets, select your chosen language.
If this step was successful, you should now be able to log in to your desk phone.
If your desk phone doesn't connect by itself, check your connections.
Make sure all plugs are firmly connected to the correct ports and that everything is switched on.
If your desk phone connects, you are prompted to enter your desk phone username and password.
If your desk phone connections are correctly configured, check your firewall.
Make sure the required listening ports are open in your firewall.
If you have problems configuring your firewall, contact your administrator.
Contact the One Net Business team.
Talk to the One Net Business administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
